• Program of interest (Japanese or Indonesian Language)

• Message / specific requirements

 

c) PDF Guide Download Form (prospective students seeking initial information):

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number (WhatsApp)

 

3. How We Use Your Data

• To contact you via WhatsApp to deliver the PDF guide, program information, or consultation follow-up

• To process and manage program registrations

• To improve our services and advertising performance through analytics (Google Analytics and Google Ads)

• To optimize our advertising to reach relevant prospective students — including sending anonymous conversion signals to Google Ads for machine learning purposes

 

4. Data Storage and Protection

• Form data is stored on the Wix platform (internationally certified security standards) and our internal self-hosted CRM system (Chatwoot)

• We apply encryption and access controls to protect your data

• Your data is never sold to any third party

 

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We only share data in the following cases:

• Google Analytics & Google Ads: anonymous user behavior data and conversion signals are used to measure ad performance. This data does not personally identify you to Google

• No other third parties receive your personal data

 

6. WhatsApp Follow-Up

By submitting a form on our website, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp regarding the program you expressed interest in. You may opt out of further communication at any time by replying to our message.
